This area is for a novel concept. I will take pictures with my phone or camera of all the food I eat during the day, then upload those pictures to this page. Each day will have its own photo gallery. Thanks to the EXIF information, I will know exactly when I started to eat each day and when I stop each day. This is important for me as I try to restrict my eating to a 10 hour window-at first- then to an 8 hour window. For now the goal is to eat between 10am and 8pm. Wish me strong will and perseverance.

July 22, 2018 10:13 am to 7:07 pm (about 9 hour window) - Pretty much a straight day of eating. Will start shooting for a 9 hour window soon. Continue to drink plenty of fluids in the meantime.
July 23, 2018 10:22 am to 7:14 pm (about 9 hour window) - Not a bad day today. Feeling full at 9:33 pm, which is great, because that means I don't need to eat anything else. I am feeling thirsty, and I need to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
July 24, 2018 9:13 am to 6:24 pm (a bit over 9 hours) - Pretty good day... again, at the end of the day felt full, which is a good sign that I can eat less for dinner and be fine.
July 25, 2018 11:01 am to 08:10 pm (about a 9 hour window). A pretty good day today. Stood hydrated most of the time.
