    • 2-3 days a week strength training (TRX workout from the book in the gym)
  • 6:30-7:00
    • walk the dogs
  • 7:00-8:15
    • breakfast and school drop-off
  • 8:30-17:30
    • work
  • 18:00-rest of the evening
    • dinner and family time
  • 22:00
    • time to go to bed, ready for a new day
